CANCELLATION POLICY
 
I try to be as flexible as possible in order to suit your needs when making a booking.
Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice where possible if rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.  This gives me reasonable time to offer this time to someone else.
I send reminders at end of each week or the beginning of the week when you are scheduled to attend but if you are already aware that you will be rescheduling or cancelling before the reminder arrives please reach out to me as soon as you can.
I do not currently operate on a booking deposit system, however any cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If I am able to secure another booking to replace your appointment this will be refunded to you.
